Add hot water, condensed chicken base, and Marsala to the sauce pan and cook until mixture is thickened.In a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dry green chiles, green onions, mozzarella and ranch seasoning. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Cook over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes. Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise, so you have thinner more uniform slices of chicken. Add the flour and whisk to eliminate any lumps. While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce by melting the butter in a large pan.Dip each chicken breast in the garlic butter to coat, then press into the bread crumb mixture. In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, and cook the garlic until tender, about 5 minutes. Bake in the Traeger at 400☏ for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is 165☏ internal. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the breaded chicken in the baking pan.Pour the heavy cream over top of casserole. ![]() Sprinkle the bacon, butter, and then top with half of the cheddar cheese and the scallions. Spread the potatoes, follow by the chicken, in one single layer. Place chicken in a single layer onto the prepared baking dish and top with mayonnaise mixture. Add the salt, sugar, pepper and Ranch dressing to the heavy whipping cream. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, to taste. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cheese, Ranch Seasoning and garlic. Move carefully to the bread crumb/cracker mixture and coat with crumbs. Lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray. Season with teaspoon salt and toss until evenly distributed.
